Solareh's management team has decades of experience behind them and a long history of success. Combining a keen business sense with considerable expertise in workplace health, these managers lead a talented team of employees who work hard to help individuals and organizations stay healthy.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Since 2009, Marie-Thérèse Dugré has held the position of President and General Manager of Solareh, the company she co-founded in 1984 with business partner Bernard Dalbec. In addition to doctorate training in Psychology, Marie-Thérèse Dugré also studied Business Administration. Throughout her career, she has developed in-depth expertise in psychiatry, drug addiction and rehabilitation. Over the years, she has also become an expert in psychological health within organizations. This expertise led to an invitation to join the Canadian committee responsible for developing the national standard on psychological health and safety in the workplace.
Josée Colavecchio is an occupational therapist with a certificate in business management, and currently holds the position of Vice-President, Operations. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring the sound management of national operations while contributing to the company's development. When she started at Solareh in 2005, she held the position of Director, Health and Return to Work Management. Josée began her career as a clinical occupational therapist, then began working for the disability management team at Sun Life Financial in 1995. Throughout her career, she has developed in-depth expertise in professional rehabilitation with regard to both physical and mental health.
Director, Prevention and Training
A clinical psychologist, Lorraine Dauphinais is Director of the Prevention and Training department. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing the assistance, health and wellness programs, on-site training, counselling following tragic or traumatic events, and manager coaching. She also oversees the teams that manage the referral centre. Lorraine has been at Solareh since 1985, and has played an active role in developing our company's unique, innovative expertise in promoting individual health and well-being. Today, she continues to support our clients in their efforts to improve their policies and structures in order to implement management practices that promote employee health.
Director, Finance and IT
Martin Ladouceur holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration as well as a CPA, CMA designation, and has been working for Solareh since 2010. He is responsible for financial management and the analysis and communication of financial information. With over 20 years of experience in his field, Martin previously worked for various small and medium-sized businesses in the manufacturing and high-tech sectors. At Solareh, Martin is also responsible for everything related to IT and telecommunications. He also ensures that the company has the tools it needs to support the individuals and organizations that require its services.
Director, Business Development and Client Services, Quebec
Gaétan Lamoureux is the Director of Business Development and Client Services for Eastern Canada. In this role, he is responsible for the team of representatives assigned to this part of the country. Gaétan has over thirty years of experience in business development. Before working for Solareh, he spent many years working as a senior group insurance advisor for an insurance company, offering services to national, international and local companies. At Solareh, Gaétan and his team are committed to making companies aware of the benefits of promoting employee health and well-being.
Director, Business Development and Client Services, Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Western Canada
Marlon Majdoub, holds a MBA, is the Director of Business Development and Client Services for Atlantic Canada, Ontario and Western Canada. He joined Solareh in 2015 after a number of years in the health and wellness business solutions field. Marlon has been responsible for managing and growing relationships with organizations of all sizes across many sectors. He is a passionate client advocate who understands the value of good information. Marlon is also a compelling presenter who connects the dots between the need for organizational cost management and effective health and wellness programs
